I didn't really care for this game all that much. Sure it I liked it, but that was because it was a Zelda game. It just didn't have the thing that all the other Zelda games had. After I played it through the first time, I went through it again, and it only took me a little over an hour to get everything and beat it. Wasn't what the original one was at all.

Before I played this game I played Ocairna of Time, yeah I know alot of years, but I just became a big Zelda fan when Ocarina of Time came out.
Anyways, the thing that caught my eye, and I'm sure it did yours, what that the names of the Towns in Adventure of Link was the names of the sages in Ocainra of Time.

I think I'm one of the few ones who actually cared for this game. I don't know why I guess I just liked the way you went into battle with the side-scrolling feature.

Yeah that was alright, but it wasn't all that great.

One thing that I liked about this game was that you when you killed your enemies, you gained experience points, and then gained levels when you got high enough you could raise your defense, magic, or sword power. I thought that was pretty neat.

Yeah that's pretty cool. Maybe something like that should be put into a future Zelda game. Then it would seem more like an RPG rather than an Adventure game. I don't know just a suggestion.

Who knows. There is no telling what they will do next. As long as they don't ruin anything, then I am happy.

I loved this game, but I suck at it. Its to freakin' hard! I've been playing on my good ol' NES for awhile now and I'm still in the swamp palace! I'm so stupid I never even realized I should go get the hammer. d'oh! One day I'm just going to break down and start to use the walkthroughs on gameFAQs. I haven't yet, but it's so hard...~sniff~

You know you could also even use the walkthroughs I've made for some of the Zelda games at my regular site. www.zeldamaster.cjb.netThey might be of some help to you!

Thanks but I'm trying not to use the walkthroughs. RPG players know when to ask for help, but a walkthrough kind of takes the fun out, even if only read the part you're stuck on.

Oh there was a point behind it. There's been a point behind every Zelda game. Granted it wasn't my favorite by far, but it still wasn't too bad.

I don't know if you guys remember, but this game crashed and burned, and almost took the whole Zelda series with it. But they blamed the crashing and burning on the RPG style so I doubt that anything like that will be happening again in the future...although this four swords business comes pretty close....

crashed and burned b/c it was side-scrolling, like metroid. That's why it went down.
