damn, 2 years and still on the same page. I'm slacking lol. There's been quite bit been going on in my life these past couple of months, and I don't really know where to start, but I'll do the best I can. So my wife still is pregnant which is great. She is around 12 weeks or so right now. We are going to wait until the baby is born to find out what the gender is since we already have one of each, so this one will be a surprise. Also, my wife has had ongoing issues with her thyroid gland. We are going to go see an endocrinologist this next week and find out what is going on. Every doctor we have talked to doesn't seem to know or even been concerned so that's why we are going to see a specialist. The worst case scenario is that she has cancer. But even if she does it's the slowest kind so that's a plus, and since it would be caught very early on, it's curable. But we won't know anything else until after she sees the doctor. So let's keep our fingers crossed. Also, I don't think I mentioned it anywhere on here but I've been having some troubles with my parents. It's been around 3 months since I have seen them. We just have a lot of personal issues going on with that. I'm hoping they will be fixed though by the time the new baby is here. And speaking of babies, our little one Winter, has started somewhat crawling now. She more scoots than anything, but she is so cute. She is 8 months now. my oldest one, Aiden is 2 1/2 years old and a nightmare. He gets into EVERYTHING, but that's to be expected from a 2 year old. But other than that, I think that's about it for now. I'll try to come and keep everything updated as much as I can and when I get the time to.

Happy Father's Day out there to all the dads, including myself. I'm a little upset today since I only got told Happy Father's Day by 2 people. Just my son who is 2 and doesn't understand it and my Grandma-In-Law. I didn't even get told by my wife or parents. This is the 2nd year in a row my wife hasn't acknowledged it to me. It really hurts, but I suppose I deserve it in some way or another. But any way, I'm fine. It's just another day anyways. Happy Father's Day everyone!

We went and see the endocrinologist a few days ago and the dr. said that everything is normal. They still want to monitor her to see if there's any changes and wants her to come back in a month. That's definitely good news to hear, but sucks that she feels the way she does. I try and help her out the best I can when I'm home whether it's with the kids or getting her whatever she wants. Well, here about a month we get to go on vacation to Branson, MO, so that's exciting. Well, that's all for now.

I hope everyone had a good 4th. Mine was alright. I'm just glad that I didn't have to work that day. I was able to stay home with the family and then we went out to Duck Creek to watch the fireworks. Of course my son who is 2 years old was scared to death, so I had to stay in the van with him. We were still able to watch them, just not with his mom and sister. Overall though, it was pretty good. Well, here in about 5 days we will be leaving to go on to our Branson trip. I'm really excited about it. I need a break from everything lol.

Well, we got back from Branson a week ago today. It was cut short to say the least. We got up there on Friday night and left Sunday morning. It did not go well at all. We had problems before we even left Grove, but we were hoping that would get fixed. And they didn't, and things just kept going wrong from there. From out hotel to people lying about giving us free tickets and everything. It was not a break that either one of us liked and the worst vacation I have ever been on. We left a day early, because of all the nuts we were going through. There's too much to describe so I'm not going to go into detail on here, otherwise it would take forever. Let's just say it wasn't good and we were both glad to be back home and enjoy the rest of my vacation that was left with the kids. Perhaps next time when and if we go, it will be better. But one thing for sure, is that we are NEVER going to stay the Grand Regency Resort again. They are owned by The Colonnade. So if anyone is reading this, I'm warning you to stay away from them. Their manager is a b***h and doesn't care about anyone or anything. Her name is Brandy. Perhaps, my next post will be happier than this one.

Well, we went to the dr. the other day to get my wife's ultrasound and to see how the baby was doing. The baby is doing great! I know I said we were going to wait until the baby was born to find out the sex of it, but we just couldn't. *drumroll* It's a girl!!!! Again.... lol We are so excited. We already have a named picked out to. Her name is going to be Zenith. Pronounced *Zeenith*. We just couldn't believe it was a girl. My wife thought it was going to be a boy, but hey you never know. We just can't wait for this little one to come out. I'm definitely curious to see what she is going to look like compared to our other daughter Winter. I just wanted to share this wonderful news with you all.

I didn't realize it's been well over a month since I was on here last. Not much has changed really. The baby is still doing alright. My kids and wife are doing well. I have though been officially at Simmons now for over a year. It was a year on Sept. 23rd. It's crazy how fast time really does fly. Still, I wish I could find a different job with better pay and hours. I'm tired of working this 2-midnight shift everyday, but Saturday, and occasionally on Sundays. I know once of these days though I will find something better. I just have to hang in there.

Yesterday was my daughter Winter's B-Day. She turned 1 year old. It was awesome! The party went great even though it was only me, my wife, and my wife's mom and grandma. She got lots of presents. More than what we expected there would be. But it was because of my wife's school refund she got in the mail. If it wasn't for that, there wouldn't have been much. But it went fantastic. We did a Hello Kitty theme. Everything was pink and purple. Never thought I would see that much of those colors in my house lol. I'm just very grateful for how it went. Winter had a blast. She was crawling around and getting into everything . She made a huge mess with her cake, but she dug right into it. We were very proud parents. We love our little girl so much!!! Now we need to start getting ready for our son's B-Day coming up in a couple of weeks lol. His B-Day is on the 23rd.

Well, we still haven't had the baby yet. My wife will be 39 weeks tomorrow, so it should be any day now. I'm betting it will by this coming week we will have her. The doctor told her that if she goes past 40 weeks, then she will have to have a c-section and that's something she's not wanting. She is wanting to have another natural birth, but we will see. I want her to have a natural birth to, but I don't want her or the baby to have to experience anything that could harm either one of them. Hopefully my next post on here, we will have the baby.

We had the baby!! She was born on Saturday Dec. 6th at 7:18 am. She weighed 7 lbs 9 oz. She was 19 inches long. Her name is Zenith Aurora Holt. It's kinda funny considering my last post was saying she was going to have it any day now. I just didn't expect it to by within 12 hours of my last post lol. As I was getting off work Friday night at 11:30 pm, I hadn't even made it home when her water broke. So as soon as I got home, we all jumped in the van and headed towards Tulsa. She had the baby very quick this time. It's always exciting to see how they are born. She is so precious, and I love her very much!! She was perfect. Neither her or mom had any complications. I'm just so glad she is here now so we can love her. Just who would have thought, that I would have 3 kids. Man, time sure does fly by fast, but it can be amazing! Well, until next time.

There sure has been a lot going on in my life here lately. First off, I had my B-Day yesterday. I turned 30 years old, so yay me! I've already had people asking me what is it like to be 30 now? Well, the answer is pretty simple. I feel the same way I did when I was 29. To me, the older you get, age is nothing but a number and it's how you feel on the inside that counts, and damn, I feel young lol.
Also, last Monday, we had to call an ambulance for my wife. She just had our baby here a couple of weeks ago. While she was standing in the shower, she had a rush of blood that just started flowing out of her. The first time it happened, we were both freaked out, but didn't think too much of it. Well, a couple of minutes later it happened again, so we called 911, thinking that maybe she was hemorrhaging. So the ambulance came and took her to the ER. I had to gather up all three of the kids and take them with me. I called into work, because there was no way I was going in with something like this going on. Well, once she was evaluated and everything, she was fine. It was just one of those freak things that happened, that didn't happen with her other 2 pregnancies. So we set up a Dr.'s appointment for later on in the week to get her checked out. Well, on Thursday last week, the Dr. told her she would have to have surgery because some of the placenta was still stuck inside her. They would have to do a DNC and go upside her, and scrap out her uterus to clean all the placenta out. She would have to be knocked out for it. The Dr. asked if she wanted the surgery that day or the next, since it would be considered an outpatient surgery and she would be getting to go home the same day. Well, she decided to go ahead and have it that day just to get it done and over with. So once again, I had to call into work, because she wouldn't be able to handle the kids the rest of the day. So it's been a pretty exciting last week. And to top it off, Christmas is just in 3 days! That we are excited for, but we still have a little shopping left to do, and wrapping the presents for the kids. Well, get that done either tonight when I get home, or tomorrow. Well, that's about it for now, we'll wait and see what happens. Merry Christmas everyone!!!
