You know it's amazing how much time really flies by. For instance it's already been a week since I last posted a message and yet it seems like I did it atleast 2 days ago. Oh well, that's life. It passes without you even noticing it. Also, I would like to make a shout out to Slade and say Happy Birthday to you wherever you may be at.

I'm sure everybody is aware of this by now, but the Nintendo 3DS will be having a price drop as of Aug. 12. It will come down $80 from $249.99 to $169.99. So that's really cool if you haven't bought one yet like myself.
Also, if you have already bought one, and you have gone into the E-Shop before Aug. 11, you will get 20 free downloadable games. So heck yeah to those who have bought one. So it looks like either way, we are win. So it's up to you if you want to decide to buy one now and get 20 free games or buy one later and get the $80 price drop. I'm still not quite sure which one I'm going to go for yet. But either way, it's an awesome deal and should not be passed up.

I know it's been a while since I gave you guys an update on my girlfriend and our baby is here's one for you.
She is now 6 months and going on a week. It's really exciting. She is the love of my life and I'm excited to enjoy this with her together. I just can't believe there's going to be a baby in my life in a few short months. But it's all going to be worth it, that much I know. We also have a name picked out, but I'll let you know that the closer it gets to her due date which as of right now is Nov. 13. But when we go to her 30 week ultrasound, we'll have a better date. And by that point I'll let you all know what the gender is going to be. Well, until next time, I'll yack at you later.

You know it's really cool when you can feel a baby kick in a woman's body, but it's even greater when it's your own baby kicking. I absolutley love it!  I just hope that one day everyone here or that's been here will be able to experience that. It's a magic moment and it makes you so glad that all you want to do is smile forever! |

Well, my girlfriend is officially 7 months today. It's getting closer and closer. I'm getting more and more excited every day. I can't wait to hold him or her in my arms. It's an amazing feeling to know that a part of you is in the making. We have also started working on the baby room, it's a work in progress, but we will get there. Just a couple of more months to go and it'll be out in this world, I can't wait.

We had our 30 week ultra sound today and things went great. The baby is currently 3 and 1/2 lbs already which the doctor said that was in the 70th percentile. So the baby is a little above average on that which is great. The doctor also said its length is right on with 29 centimeters long. I can't believe I'm going to have a baby to take care of in a couple of months. I'll be sure to keep you all updated on this. See you next time.

Well I have some WONDERFUL news. My girlfriend and I are officially getting married on Oct. 13th. So that's like 10 days away. I'm so excited!!! And plus we are having our baby shower this Satuday on the 8th, so this is going to be a REAL good next few weeks. I'll be sure to keep you all updated in the near future.

We had our baby shower yesterday and it went great! All my family was there except my brother because he had to work, and Chrisitan's mom and grandma were there as well. I'm not going to list everthing we got, but our big thing was our glider. It's white with yellow cushions. We also got alot of little things like clothes, diapers, wipes, and all that good stuff. It went really well, and we were exctied about it. Now we have our wedding coming up next week. I'm excited and I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with her. Sure we have our problems like all couples, but I love her and I know we are going to make things work. Well, I'll let you know how things go after we are married. That will most likely be the next time you hear from me. Until then, later!

Well, it's official, I'm a married man now! YAY!!!! Our wedding was on Oct. 13th, 2011 at around 3:30 PM. I still can't believe it, it doesn't feel like it that much. But I know it will hit me before I know it. I think it's just because I already felt like I was married and we had been living together for over 2 years. But still, it's freakin awesome!!! I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with her, it's exciting. And here in less than a month, I'm going to have my baby also. Man, what a crazy couple of months huh lol. Well, that's it for now, I'm going to go love my wife after I get off work, see ya!

This has been a pretty stressful past few days. I got sick last Sunday and had to leave work early missing 3 hours, then I missed all night on Monday. After I started feeling better Monday night into Tuesday morning, Christian, my wife (I like the sound of that  got real sick, so we went to the hospital. She was admitted in Women's Health since she is 36 weeks pregnant. She's been in the hospital the last 4 days, and she's still currently here now. Hopefully, she will get to go home tomorrow morning, and we'll get to have our baby in a couple of weeks. But you never know what's going to happen. I'm just glad that her and baby are perfectly fine right now. I love them both so much and I can't bear if something would happen to either one. Well, that's everything for now, I'll continue to keep you all informed of the situation. Unitl next time. |

Well you know what? There's been ALOT going on here the past month which is why I haven't posted. But I have some fantastic news. I am now a dad. Yes that's right, I'm a daddy. And actually the funny thing is, is that is was just 2 days after my last post I became one.
My wife and mines baby was born on Oct. 23, 2011 at 10:13 PM. She gave birth to a very healthy baby boy. His name is Aiden Leon Holt. And he weighed 6 lbs 10 oz, and was 19.2 inches long.
Now things weren't all peaches and cream you see. Chrisitan, my wife, ended up having a C-section, which was completely unscheduled. The baby ended up being breached at the last second, so that was a hard one on her. That was actually the only time she cried while she was in the hospital. But after 3 days, we were able to take our little bundle of joy home.
And since then, he has went to the doctor twice for normal check-ups and his doctor says he is perfect, which of course makes us happy. And also, he has gained some weight and gotten longer. He now ways 7 lbs, 13 oz and his 21 1/2 inches long. So he definitely has gotten bigger, but you wouldn't know it by just looking at him. He's heavier than he looks as my wife puts it.
Well, I think that's everything for now, so I don't know when I'll be back, but I just wanted to let you all know what was going on. I'll catch you all later.

I'm back for a little update. Not much really going on around. Our baby boy Aiden is amazing, I don't know what I would do without him. He definitely likes to keep up mom and dad, that's for sure. But he is definitely worth it in every way imaginable.
On another side, can you beleive it's already December. This year has gone by so fast, I just can't believe where the time has gone. We have Christmas coming up as well as my birthday in a few weeks. And I'm going to be 27 years old. I definitely don't feel like it, but just the sound of it makes me feel old. And to think I believe I was 18 years old whenever I started these forums. So much has happened in my life, both good and bad and just all the memories that I've made. It's amazing how much life changes from year to year for you, and you just hope it will continue to get better. Well, I suppose that's all for now, until next time.

My wife, son, and I went to our annual Christmas parade eariler today and it was fun. The only thing was that I wasn't able to watch it all, since I had to be at work at 7:00. The parade started at 6:00 so atleast I got to watch 45 minutes of it. It was Aidens first parade even though we all know he won't remember it, but it was still fun for all of us to be there.
And you should see him, he's getting bigger everyday. We still don't go to the doctor again for a couple of more weeks, but just holding him you can guess he probably is around 9 lbs I would say. But by looking at him you wouldn't be able to tell. But I'll make sure to let you all know how much he's grown. His appointment is on the 23rd, so you most likely won't hear anything from me until atleast after Christmas. That's all for now. Until next time.
