Well, today is my Birthday. I'm 27 years old now which I can't believe. I don't know where the time has gone, but it's been going pretty dang fast that's for sure. I'm not really quite sure what my plans are, I'm currently at work now and I'll be getting off in about 1 1/2 hours. This 12 hour shifts are something else I tell you what, and the fact they are overnight. But I guess I can't complain too much, it's pretty descent money. I can't really think of anything else to really say, so I guess that's all for now. Peace out!

I hope everyone had a great Christmas. I know I sure did. I didn't get much, but didn't really want or need anything. I did get 2 big gifts though and they were the Zelda Collectors Edion 3DS and a 40 inch T.V. They were both totally unexpected, but I freakin love them. My wife got a very nice ring I got for her to commemorate our wedding much better and she also got a Karaoke Machine which she loves both very much. Our boy Aiden got a few toys. Of course he won't be able to play with them for a couple of more months, but atleast we got some for him. Well, the new year is around the corner and I hope everyone has fun and be safe. Happy holidays everyone!

Can you believe it's already been a week into the new year. I know I sure can't. Time sure does fly by really fast. Next thing we know, it will be the midde of summer, then Christmas, then the start of another new year. If time could only slow down somehow. Mmmmm.

It's been exactly a month since I last posted, which is crazy because time goes by fast and I didn't even realize it. But today is also a speical day because today is my wifes B-Day. Happy B-Day sweetie!! I'm sure she won't ever see this, and I doubt she even knows this place exist. And if she did, which I'm sure I've told her before, she's not into these ole forums and discussion boards on the Internet. Either way, that's alright. I'll be off work in about 30 minutes, then I'll get to go home and be with her and our baby boy. I'm taking her out tonight, and I hope everything will go good for her. I don't want to ruin anything. Well, that about wraps it up for now, until next time.

Well, Happy St. Patty's Day out there to everyone. And especially for those who actually celebrate it. I for one can say that I have never had a drink on St. Patrick's Day. Yeah yeah, I know. But who know what, it doesn't matter to me since it's just another normal day. And of course I had to work to, but not big deal. Oh, just a little update, a week from now me wife and I will be heading to St. Louis to go to a Final Fantasy Symphony. We are definitely looking forward to it. There's also alot of other things we are going to be doing as well such as going to the Gate Archway, taking a Budweiser Tour, seeing Bontanical Gardens, the Science Center and much more. It's going to be a blast and I'll be sure to let you all know how it went if I can remember . Well, that's pretty much it for now, until next time.

Well, I'm back from my wifes and I St. Louis trip. We actually got back a week ago, but I haven't had time to go on here until now. And considering what day it is now I think is kinda funny. So before I tell you about how the trip went, Happy April Fool's Day everyone!
Well, now that's out of the way, I'll start how the days went:
Friday (March 23) : We arrived in St. Louis about 3 PM and went straight to this place called Sweetie Pies. It's a fairly popular show you can watch on the Food Channel. We seen it on TV so we thought we would give it a try while we were there and I tell you, their food is excellent. It's a soul food place, but it's fantastic. Their food is very much seasoned, but it's worth it if you can spare $15 a plate. After we left there, we got to our hotel. We stayed at The Millennium Hotel which was across the street from the St. Louis Cardinals baseball field and The Arch Gateway. After we got settled in our room, we made our way over to The Arch about 4:00 PM or so. It was really cool and really big. Definitely worth it. After we were done there, we went and had dinner at the rooftop of the hotel. It was called Rooftop Riverside or something like that. It was very beautiful and romantic. It had a revolving 360 degree room. The funny thing about that was my wife had put her purse on the revolving floor and we didn't know it, but when she went to grab her purse it wasn't there, so she had to go and find it and ended up finding it on the side other because of where the floor was moving. It was pretty funny, and also another woman there had the same problem. She had the lamb for dinner and I had the duck. First time we had tried either one and they were really good. And for desert we had a chocolate martini. It was very strong and alcholic. I ended up having to finish it, but it wasn't that bad. After that we called it a night.
Saturday (March 24): We got up in the morning around 7:30 AM and got ready to go to the Missouri Botanical Garden. When we get there, that place was huge and it was amazing and beautiful. I would have to say the best thing about it was the Japanese garden section. I can't really explain it, because it's something you need to see yourself, but it's an unimaginable paradise filled with all kinds of plants, trees, and atmosphere. Even though the air is fresh and pure. We actually believed we could breath better. After we left that place we went to go on the Budweiser tour. That place was cool, and you could definitely smell the beer everywhere you went. It was awesome seeing it. After the tour they gave you free samples of any kind of beer they made. I got a Shock Top, but it tasted like crap. My wife got a Bacardi Silver Sangria. That tasted awesome! You couldn't even taste the alochol in it. It was like more of a fruity taste. And come to find out, it's actually a wine cooler and not a beer, so I guess that's why it tasted like it did. After that, we got ready for the Final Fantasy concert that started at 7:30 PM. And that place was definitely a dream come true. The Orchestra was huge and we actually got to meet the composer himself, Nobuo Uematsu. It was incredible! Everyone gave him a standing ovation. It's definitely a memory I'll never forget and I'm glad I got to experience it with Christian, my wife. After the concert was over with, we went and found a chocolate bar. It was really interesting. It had 2 floors to it, the bottom floor was a complete bar and the top part where we ate had a resturant. It was kinda freaky when they were taking us upstairs because the way it looked. The stairs were really narrow and when we got up there, they had naked pictures of women everywhere, so we were both like ok. Well, the food ended up being great and so were the chocolate they had. They all kinds of truffles and they were delicious. After we left there it was about midnight or so, so we went back to the hotel to call it a night.
Sunday (March 25) : Well, this was our last day and we got up around 9:00 am or so. Didn't have much on the agenda except for going to the Science Center. We got there around 11:00 am or so and stayed until 4:00 pm. There's alot to do there and we didn't even do everything they had. The main things we did was just take a look around at all their exhibits. We also paid for a lesson on how to use a Segway. Those things are fun, and easy once you get the hang out if. We also went to the Planetarium and watched a short segment about the sky and stars. It was cool. You could lay down and look up and see the sky all around you, even though it was all projected. We went and watch a movie in their Omniplex which was a first for me. I couldn't beleive how big it was. Definitely better than an IMAX for sure. I think that's pretty much everything we did there. After we left that place, we headed on home where we stopped to eat at White Castle, which was a first for both of us. Their food actually wasn't as good as we thought it would be, but it was just cool eating at a place they've based a movie on.
All in all, it was a fantastic trip and we would love to do it again. There was one major thing we learned from this experience. And that's make sure you bring extra money for parking. There was NO FREE parking anywhere. Personally, I had never heard of it before, but then again it was a big city and we don't have anything like that around here, so we'll remember to put that in the budget for next time. Well, that's our trip. I hope you enjoyed it and thank you for taking the time to read it all.

Hey there everyone, I know it's been a while since I gave you an update on my son so here's a little one for you. He is 6 months old today, which WOW! I can't believe it. Time sure does go by fast. He's still having some troubles sleeping at night, which is definitely a wear on my wife and myself. But for the most part, we've gotten used to it, but it still sucks.
Lets see...he can pretty much hold his own hand up now by himself, but can't keep up his own body. He can roll over from his back to his stomach, but then he gets stuck and starts crying. He's been doing this alot at night in his crib recently. He still hasn't learned to crawl yet, but I'm sure he will in couple of more months. We've somewhat started feeding him regular baby food, but he still prefers the bottle. Um... I think that pretty much sums it up. I still have a hard time believing that I'm a father, but it's definitely a good feeling. Well, hopefully I won't have to keep yuo waiting as long next time with an update. Until then, see ya!

Well, it's that time of year when you get to wish your dad a Happy Father's Day, so I would like to say Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there. This is also my first Father's Day as well. It's still hard to believe sometimes that I'm a dad, but I love it and wouldn't change it for the world.
