Nintendo recently made the announcement that they are re releasing Wind Waker for the Wii U and that it will be HD. I am going to post the screenshots below that were given during the Nintendo Direct event:

Long overdue Update: The Wind Waker HD Has finally been released on the Wii U as a digial version on September 20th 2013 and October 4th in Retail form and I preordered it and here is what the Title Screen looks like:

So get this game and enjoy it. If you have never played The Wind Waker then with The Wind Waker HD for the Wii U is your second chance. So please take it.
