I'm starting to worry alittle bit about the standard of some of the threads/posts on the forum. We want this forum to grow strong and healthy, right? In order for that to happen, we need strong and healthy posting.
What i'm asking is that we all cut down on the bad language that has been popping up. It's not too big of a problem now, but if we could stop it all together, that would be great.
But what really concerns me is all of these 'mom' and 'gay' threads. I realize that it's just guys having fun, but people looking at the general board are going to see this, and think, "What jerks, why would I want to join a poncey forum like this?"
Well...that's enough of my nagging/ranting. I'm not saying that we can't have fun on here, but let's make it more universal eh? What do you guys say?

I agree with you on that Excel. I know that we have been actting a little improper by being gay and stuff like that.
Yes we are just having fun, and yes you're right if guests see this they probably won't join.
I think we should all just stay on that certain topic in that certain thread.
Yes I do have censored words on here, but it probably would be better if you would stay saying bad language if it can be helped. As for actting gay, well.. there's a different story. lol
I'm not quite sure what I can really do to solve that. lol
As or the use of bad language, please try and cut back down on it. That's all I'm asking as well as Excel and I'm sure there's others.
Now on with the show.... LOL

Aw...the wieght of the world doesn't rest on your shoulders alone Rauru. The only way this will work is if everyone decides that it's a good idea, and wants to work towards that goal.
I realise that i'm probably in for a flaming or something because I posted this, but please, everyone, just thing about it, even if only for a couple of seconds.

I can vouch for him on that. I know I don't ever cuss unless I get really mad, but that's not all too often, and the only time I act gay is pretty much at work. lol

That's another thing that might help....if you ever get REALLY mad at somebody in the forum, perhaps it would be best if the yelling was kept to pm's.
I'm writing as the Newbie forum mod right now btw, not as Excel.

Just remember what you are all signing up for guys.
Write posts as if a 12 year old child were going to read them. That way, it's easier to write with good language...and maybe even some of your spelling might improve, after all, you'll be thinking about what you're going to write before you write it.
