Hey everbody I have a book of poems that I made for my english class a couple of years ago and I thought I should share them with you. I'm only going to post them one at a time that way I can see what you think of them before I post another one. The only thing, however, is that some of you might not understand them. They are not basic average everyday poems. They all are very unique and are in their own category. Some are somewhat long and some are VERY short. Alright, without very adue, here's the first one.
Synonym Poem
DOLLAR
Coin, Note, Money, Toke
Take mine away and I am broken.

Alright here's my next poem. I would love to know what you guys of this one as well as my others.
Opposites Poem
LIGHT OR DARK
What is the opposite of light?
It could be the dark that comes at night.
It could be the vision that is within,
Or maybe a child that makes you grin.

List Poem
IF I HAD A MILLION DOLLARS
--I would buy a new car, shiny and red,
--I would buy a big house with my very own bed.
--A big screen TV with 54 inches,
--A tool set for Dad with a whole bunch of wrenches.
--For my Mom I would buy a new set of dishes,
--A maid for a day would be one of her wishes.
--I would buy a new attitude for my big brother,
--Sometimes I sure wish I had another.
--A new boyfriend for my little sister,
--But eventually I would probably miss her.
--As for myself, I really don't care,
--I'm happy with me, except for my hair!
