I go with AoL. It has such a vast, wild and dangerous Overworld. And the music is brilliant, as well. I also love the challenge. I haven't beaten it yet, but I can't wait 'til I get to Shadow Link, who without a doubt knocks out Dark Link. ;D

In the Japanese version of OoT Dark Link is called Dâku Rinku. It could be possible that he had the same name in AoL, knowing how bad the translators were back then. However, in FSA he's also called Shadow Link. Therefore they must have different names in the Japanese versions.
Aside of that, all three versions of Shadow/Dark Link are different. In AoL he's Link's shadow. In OoT he's just a dark mirror of Link that only reflects his attacks (meaning he'd probably not do very well if fighting anyone else, unlike Shadow Link). In FSA he's created by a mirror and he can copy himself.
I assume that FSA Shadow Link is the most powerful of them, though I like the one from AoL the most.

Wind Waker does kick serious butt, but I think the thing that kinda hurt them with it was that it was cel-shading. But heck it didn't discourage me any. The game rocks!
