Even though I am not a cat lover, I think that would be mean to hurt/kill an animal for no reason.
Now if it did something to you or somebody you care about, then you could make an exception.

yes it has to be cats for they are much smarter than dogs. and cats are not pets. the only thing that can be called a pet is something that you can control. you can control a dog but cats will always have a mind of their own.
