ANYWAY! getting back to Final Fantsy, I think they are amazing games! My friend chris lets me play them around his house, and they are really cool! My favourite character in it is Riku, because she can take apart mecha in one swoop! I laughed so much when chris first showed me it.
I like Final Fantasy IX the best though, it has those litle moogle things that keep on saying 'kupo!' They are sooooo CUTE! ^.^
But I have a question...is there actually a Final Fantasy 1, 2, 3 ect..? I've only ever seen Final Fantasy VII onwards. >.<

There sure is, but they are hard to come by unless you download the rom versions. However, it is a little complicated because FF2 was just relased in the U.S. a couple of months ago, and FF3 still hasn't been relased in the U.S.
However you will most likely see FF2, and FF3 somwhere in the U.S., but FF2 in the U.S. is FF4 in Japan, and FF3 in the U.S. is FF6 in Japan.
It can be very confusing. I know I was sure confused at first.

That's actually a pretty hard question to answer becuse every single one of them have a completely different storyline and aren't based on any other one.
None of them are sequels or prequels of any kind. It's really hard to explain, but I'm sure if you went to a Final Fantasy site they could explain it alot better than I could, but I'll try the best I can on the ones I know.
FF1: I can't remember, it's been about 5 years since I last played this one.
FF2:(4 in Japan) This is you start off as a Dark Knight named Cecil, and you with your crew to steal these jewels for you king, but the king doesn't tell you why. Then one day Cecil asks the king why, and the king stripped him of his rank, and kicked him out of the castle. He then tries to figure out what's going on, so you go on this big adventure. The main boss of this game is Zemus and his #1 ranked officer named Golbez, and I don't want to ruin his role for you because it is a shocker, especially towards the end of the game. It's not very detailed and I left ALOT out, but that's a little summary of that one.
FF3:(6 in Japan) This one starts off slow, and then gets alot better. Basically you start off as this mystery girl in a machine. Nobody knows anything about her excpet that she has a gift that allows her to use magic. So Kefka, the main boss of this game, orders all his men to go and capture her so he can have her magic and become ruler of the universe. This one is hard to explain, I can't really explain it too well.
FF5: You first start off as this guy on a chocobo, and meets this girl out of nowhere. (she's a princess) Then this meteor comes crashing down and some guy named Galuf falls out of it. He doesn' knoe who he is, lost memory. So then you go on this big adventure and meet tons of people. The main boss of this game is Ex-Death A.K.A. Ex-Death Neo. He's just like any other villian. Wants to rid the world and let it beovercome by the void.
I know it's not real clear details on any of them, but it's just something you need to play really in order to understand it. They are really fun games!!!
