I took me about 1-2 hours. I tried several ways first, but the way that worked was I just put poke balls on very high and selected two human players. I just kept throwing them until I found Celebi.

That's the easiest way that I could think of to. It eventually works. It just takes a while.

I have them all except the Captain Olimar, and Mew Trophy.
I did get the Mew Trophy once, but it was on someone else's memory card.
